Hmm. Surabaya's life is great, I really enjoy it.
Good environment, friendly traffic, silly team, good job, Alhamdulillah!
Actually, I can't imagine myself working at Jakarta, where you can't predict the traffic condition (well this thing REALLY matters for me) :P
