This is Senado Square, in Macau :)
According to asiaexplorers.com, it is the center of attraction for tourists in Macau. This square area paved with a wave pattern, it is a traditional style of Portuguese pavement.
This square is surrounded by number of heritage buildings, including the Post Office, the Holy House of Mercy and St Dominic's Church. In the middle of the square near Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro is a fountain.
This picture was taken in early January, where people still celebrate Christmas and New Year, you can see it the fountain covered by the Christmas tree (but Idk why this tree has 2009 on it, it's already 2010, hei :P)
Here are some pictures on asiaexplorer.com, aaa makes me want to go there again :D

this picture is similar with my photo :D here you can see the fountain!
